Streetscape

Prior to the adoption of the City’s ‘Green Streets’ program, design and development for the Bellevue Collection retail frontages focused on realizing welcome and comfortable outdoor pedestrian zones. Featuring broad sidewalks separated from adjacent surface streets by generous street edge plantings, pedestrian improvements typically include staggered or offset granite blocks, concrete seating pockets and pedestrian scaled lighting. To date, the Bellevue Collection streetscape development comprises approximately eight linear blocks of improvements, including the Westin Hotels’ entry frontage and completion of the City’s N.E. 6th Pedestrian Corridor.
