The University of Washington Student Housing project site is located a half-mile from campus and includes four-bedroom townhouses over apartments, an array of gathering spaces, and underground parking. The design takes advantage of an existing pond from the site’s former nursery days for use in stormwater detention, southern exposure and its adjacency to the Burke-Gilman Trail. The interior site design creates a pedestrian-focused environment.
