As part of Seattle Housing Authority’s redevelopment of the High Point Community, Lyle Homes built high-density cottages ranging in size from 1,350 sf to 2,300 sf. The 1.9 acre site has 41 homes, giving it a density of 21.6 units per acre. There are 52 parking stalls, located in attached garages or in detached garages with a carriage unit above. The neighborhood was featured in Seattle’s first Green Living Expo for its energy efficient building practices and innovative stormwater solutions. Each home fronts on a park, the detention pond park or a small green.
